I couldn't decide what my favorite part was. The little sleeves that look like a coat, the little panel around the belly, or the fact that the skirt can be shorter in the front. The lace on the skirt makes it more feminine. I think this dress is just right for my steampunk events AND a Halloween costume because I need more excuses to wear it.

This Neo-Victorian Dress is long and the top is styled like a corset. The skirt has a lace strap and D buckles which lift it up at the front. There is a zip fastening at the back and the dress is made from Polyester.
